The multi-head soap printer is a highly automated solution engineered for efficient soap manufacturing. It smoothly combines cutting, molding, and printing processes to deliver high throughput and consistent product quality. This machine accommodates mold cavities of 125g×380g×4 and 25g×5, meeting a wide range of production requirements.

This equipment supports printing of soaps in various patterns, fonts, shapes, and weights. Its operational speed ranges from 1 to 50 prints per minute, with each cycle printing up to three pieces. Hourly output reaches 500–1000 kg, and the soap bar weight ranges from 20g to 200g, depending on the mold used.

The vertical stamper incorporates an optimal design and advanced technology. Driven by a servo-controlled cam system, it ensures high reliability and mechanical repeatability. Suction cups pick up soap billets, place them onto molds, and after forming, transfer finished soap bars to the discharge conveyor. The entire cycle runs fully automatically, featuring high speed, low vibration, and robust performance. The control system is built around Schneider PLC and servo drives, paired with an HMI that supports both English and Chinese operation screens. An electrical hand wheel allows fine adjustments and easy mold changes. The aluminum frame, equipped with safety door switches, ensures operator safety.
